We show up on any stage of life.

What is care advocacy?

Care advocacy provides continuity and peace of mind for care recipients and families navigating life’s most demanding seasons. A personal champion assists with daily routines, coordinates resources, and supports your well-being, so you can stay present and in control.

Our approach: CARE
Compassion

Approaching every interaction with kindness and a genuine desire to help.

Accountability

Ensuring proactive communication, follow-through , and ownership of details.

Respect

Honoring the dignity, privacy, and independence of every person we serve.

Empathy

Stepping into the care recipient’s shoes to provide care that feels personal, not clinical.

Who we serve
We partner with care recipients and families across all stages of life. We understand that every transition requires a different kind of champion, and we are here to provide the steady hand you need to move forward.
AGES 1-3
Infants and toddlers

Welcoming a child or navigating a complex neonatal diagnosis is a major life shift. We work with care recipients and families to manage the day-to-day logistics of neonatal care and coordinate the clinical maze of specialist appointments. By taking ownership of these details, our advocates provide parents and caretakers with the respite they need to focus on their child’s wellness.

AGES 4-11
Young children

Managing a developmental disability or a medical diagnosis shouldn’t stop your family’s momentum. We act as an expert bridge, coordinating specialized care and support systems that fit seamlessly into a household’s rhythm. Our advocates handle the professional follow-through, allowing care recipients and families to focus on being parents or caretakers.

AGES 12-19
Adolescents

The teenage years bring new complexities, especially when navigating long-term health needs. We support care recipients and families by organizing administrative tasks and providing a reliable, professional voice in clinical settings. By staying ahead of the paperwork, our advocates protect families’ and caretakers’ peace of mind and help young adults maintain their autonomy.

AGES 20-49
Adults

A busy life shouldn’t be defined by a medical to-do list. We provide high-touch advocacy for life’s big transitions, whether it is extra day-to-day support, recovery following a procedure, or a focus on preventative care. By helping steady daily routines, we empower care recipients to stay energized for their career, their family, and/or their personal goals.

AGES 50+
Older adults

Prioritizing elder care advocacy supports the goal of aging in place with dignity and total independence. We help manage the logistics of chronic care and future planning, acting as a personal champion to keep a care recipient’s journey on track. For families living at a distance, our advocates serve as a trusted "local presence" to ensure quality of life is protected and daily routines remain steady.

“I am humbled to be able to walk alongside families in some of life’s most vulnerable moments, when life shifts unexpectedly and give guidance when it matters most. To merge my personal journey with an amazing team who believe healthcare should be both exceptional and compassionate is truly a gift.”
